Welcome to the HFIS group!I'm Eddie Hooker, the Founder and Managing Director of HFIS. We are pleased that you have chosen to join the HFIS team and we will do all we can to make sure that you settle quickly into your new role and enjoy your time at work.
Welcome to HFIS! The People Services team are here to support your integration into the HFIS group, and making sure you have everything you need to get started with the company.
We provide extensive support in all people related areas including learning and development, employee benefits, payroll, and employee matters, so please come and talk to us about any queries you have.
To get the most out of your first few weeks and months, it’s essential that you take this induction plan seriously, so if you have any concerns or questions, please ask:

You’ll need to refer to this induction plan during your six month initial review period. You’ll have regular catch ups with your line manager during this period, as well as more formal check-ins at the following points:
You’ll have a check in with People Services to see how you are getting on.
You’ll have a check-in with your line manager to ensure you are on-track. Your progress against the development plan and the contents in this document will be reviewed at this time.
You’ll have a final review at six months. You’ll need to have the induction plan completed and the document signed for your initial review period to be completed.
