You'll be partnered with a buddy who’ll help be there to answer your questions and support you throughout your induction and training.
Our training covers an extensive range of topics, including industry best practices, leadership development, legislation updates and soft skills enhancement. This will not only develop your skills but also focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Your line manager will meet with you every couple of months to talk through your objectives and how you can reach them. This is a great time to let your manager know what you want to achieve and how you think you can achieve it.
We offer a number of learning opportunities including lunch and learn sessions, industry updates, workshops and online training.
If you would like to enhance your professional expertise by gaining a qualification, we offer financial support to complete professional qualifications, study time and high-quality in-house and external training.
Life is full of ups and downs and things can get tough for all of us sometimes.
As part of our EAP, a free confidential service is available for you and those within your household to get professional support and advice on a range of issues.
This includes medical matters, mental ill health, bereavement, family difficulties, legal advice and more. It’s there if you need it.
We offer a private health care scheme through AXA, which can provide peace of mind for you and your dependents should you need health treatments.
You’ll be auto enrolled onto our group pension scheme if you meet the eligibility criteria. Please note, you have the choice to opt out if you would like to.
Your work life balance is important at HFIS and we offer 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. This increases over time to 28 days holiday, based on length of service.
In the event that something happens to you during your employment, our group life assurance will pay three times your salary to your chosen beneficiaries.
