Our technology and connectivity allow our people to work remotely but we believe there is still an important role for the office.
We work in a relaxed and vibrant environment and our dress code reflects this, we encourage a flexible work style along with creative and curious thinking.
We want our people to work in a fun environment and enjoy their day, workplace events and celebrations are often held in our unique meeting space.
Our office, located in Borehamwood, the heart of the film industry and conveniently located near the M25 allow people to work together, bounce ideas and develop relationships, which helps us to deliver for our customers.
Hamilton and Fraser are our furry team members at HFIS. They are Maltipoo brothers who joined the team in early 2020 as eight-week-old puppies to help support HFIS’s company wellbeing.
The brothers are integral team members and love nothing more than spending time with everyone in the office.
You’ll regularly see Hamilton running around the office causing mischief. He’s passionate about helping the People Services Team and will often join new starters in their welcome training, offering a friendly paw on their first day.
When he’s not snoozing, Fraser frequently enjoys playing with everyone and often attends meetings and training sessions. Fraser happily features in our external content activities such as webinars and is a star of our social media.
